- Payment Options - Alternative
Medicines Ltd accepts all major credit and debit cards and
uses a secure payment system, Worldpay , which has been
developed in association with the NatWest Bank PLC.
- Delivery - Orders are despatched either
by a specialist courier or by Royal Mail. With the exception
of Weekends, Bank Holidays and the Christmas period, we
aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as
possible. Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours.
Delivery is free of charge within the UK.
- Returns - Alternative Medicines Ltd
makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect
condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving
damaged, customers need to contact Customer Services within
3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days,
for a replacement to be sent. If you have not received your
order within 15 working days from the despatch date, customers
should contact Customers Services. Should we be unable to
locate the missing parcel a replacement will be sent. Customer

- Refunds - Refunds for valid claims will
be made via the same method of payment as used to place
order. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with your purchase from Alternative Medicines,
simply return it to us in its original packaging within
30 days for a full refund.
- Retention of Title - This remains with
Alternative Medicines Ltd until the goods are paid for in
full.
- Responsibility for Taxes & Duties
- These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient
in the country of destination. VAT is included within the
prices shown for each item.
- Data Protection - Alternative Medicines
Ltd does not sell anyone its database of customers and information
contained on customers remains confidential to the company.
